The openhouse training academy is our in-house, NSDC-certified academy, built to prepare educators in the openhouse way.
Through classroom practice, coaching, and mentorship, educators learn to observe closely, co-play with intention, and support each child's wellbeing, confidence, and independence.

Very small educator-child ratios allow every child to be known well and cared for closely.
Each centre is also supported by a wider team - centre director, centre coordinator, caretakers, housekeeping staff, and security bringing steadiness & warmth to the day.
